Lucy

Lucy is a 4-year-old Great Pyrenees mix who is a licensed therapy dog. Lucy enjoys working with people of all ages and sizes, from very small to very tall - as long as they give her belly rubs! Lucy lives for belly rubs. She is a very mellow and laid-back dog, but she will sit on the couch or on top of her people if given the chance. Lucy understands bad days because she came from a life that was less than ideal. She went through some very tough times and enjoys helping others get through their tough times now that she's on the other side. Lucy works exclusively with Meg, but she graces the entire practice with her glorious presence 2-3 days per week and will accept pets and love from all who walk through the door. 

While we do our best to accommodate those who wish to work with Lucy, it is important to know that she needs her breaks and days off, so she cannot be at every session or in the office every day! We will always bring home extra pets from those who miss seeing her when she is taking a mental health day!
