I'm here to make that happen.
I work with folks from all walks of life who are looking to build real, meaningful relationships with themselves and others. My clients tend to struggle with anxiety, stress, people-pleasing, self-worth, perfectionism, and interpersonal relationships.

Ten years of clinical mental health experience has allowed me to develop an eclectic approach. During our work together, I will draw from modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I love helping folks learn how to practice more effective communication skills, set healthy boundaries, and build real, meaningful relationships. I will hold space for you as we laugh, cry, swear, and dismantle beliefs and behaviors that are no longer serving you.

Trish is in-network with most Optum, Aetna, Husky, Cigna, Medicare, and Anthem plans. She offers individual therapy both in-person at the South Windsor office and via telehealth.
